About Me

My name is Faye. I am the coach and founder behind Life Athlete Club.

I’ve always believed that we’re all athletes in some way. Not just the ones stepping on podiums or chasing medals, but the ones showing up every day. The ones juggling work, relationships, mental health, and trying to feel good in their own skin. That’s what being a life athlete means to me.

I have a background in both mental and physical health. I completed a Bachelor of Psychology with Honours, where I focused my research on disordered eating behaviours.

My passion for understanding the mind naturally led me to coaching the body. I went on to complete my Cert III and Cert IV in Fitness and have since worked with hundreds of clients through group fitness classes and one-on-one personal training.

Over the years, I’ve seen how deeply connected our mental and physical wellbeing really are. You can always train hard, eat well, tick all the boxes. However, if your mindset isn’t supported, if your nervous system is struggling, or if you’re constantly feeling drained, it’s hard to feel truly strong.

That’s why I started Life Athlete Club. It’s a space where movement meets mindset. Where everyday people can train for more than just the gym.

Because performance isn’t just about how much you lift. It’s how you show up at work. How you respond to challenges. How you support yourself when things feel heavy. It’s how you keep going when life demands more.

Whether you're training for strength, for clarity, for confidence, or simply to feel more like yourself again, I'm here to support that.

And I’m here for you.
